1st Teeth

On monday my baby girl got her 1st teeth! Both of her front bottom teeth came in on the same day... they are pretty darn cute, but Scott and I have already almost lost a few fingers!

Easter 2011

I am clearly not cut out for this whole blogging thing...  I have had a running list of what I needed to update it with since my last post.  And quite honestly.... Ive finally come to terms with the fact that its never going to happen. The list is getting too long and daunting. So we are going to skip over all the major life events.... marriage, house, baby.... and just going to start with the present... and the present is Easter....

Brooklyn's first time coloring easter eggs! In other words... Jenn and I made super cute eggs, and B threw them on the floor :)

The easter bunny snuck in and left surprises on Easter morning.... B's basket kinda dwarfed the other one, but Im sure her daddy understands.

My Daddy Came to See Me!!!

My Dad came down the first weekend of March, and it was so good to have him here to play for a few days! We did an incredible amount of eating... went on a backstage tour of Jubilee... which was AWESOME.... scored free tickets to Nathan Burton... and went to play in Primm .... amongst other random stuff.... We basically kidnapped JJ for the wknd... which was fun, and she is a lot more likely to happily pose for pictures!! Love you Dad, glad you could come down!!!!

Jenn's Bridal Shower

Wow.... I REALLY SUCK at this whole blogging thing. These pics are from a month ago.... but regardless... here are the PICS FROM JENNS BRIDAL SHOWER!!!

We started off the party by getting MAC MAKEOVERS... so we would look SUPER HOT FOR.....

STRIPPER CLASS!!!!!

We are now CERTIFIED LAS VEGAS STRIPPERS! With licenses and all!

We were in a huge hurry.... but I couldnt resist posing with the pink gorilla...

We then headed home for a more traditional party of sorts..... We tried to make dirty cookies, which was hilarious, but they just looked like big blobs!! I had a dirty ice cube tray too but it broke in half!

So we just had to settle for food of the cute and yummy variety...

I had a really hard time trying to find some non lame bridal shower games.... but I knew MY SEARCH WAS OVER when I found this one.... WHO CAN GET THE TWINKIE IN THE CONDOM THE FASTEST?!

It actually turned out to be a lot harder than one would think... and quite messy! But so much fun!

The second game was a bingo game where you only get to cover your number if you answer a question correctly as to whether it was about the Bride or Groom.... I originally bought the game, then returned it and made my own... it turned out really good.....

MY DYSON

My sweet and loving boyfriend bought me my dream vacuum!!! A Dyson DC17 Absolute Animal! I am basically giddy about it! I even went

home and dreamt I was vacuuming my bedroom, it was filthy and I busted in with my vacuum to save the day! How sad is that??? Holly had lost a very lucrative bet, therefore bound to buy me one herself. But now she is off the hook and might have to take me on a cruise instead. It was a very unwise bet on her part :) But the fact of the matter is that I now have my very own Dyson and I am so freaking excited! Thanks Honey!

Didnt it turn out cute??????? It was so easy too! No Scott and I are not engaged... however this hypothetical wedding is only like 7 months away, so I am experimenting in the craft department. I had a lighter pink that was pretty... but it was going to cost at least double to make them... the flowers did not go nearly as far as I thought they would! Now of course, we are discussing no pink.. since I started a project and all. Therefore, due to color issues, I think I will move on to making calendars. I have a cute template for them. And its already January.

Rewind

Phew! I finally posted my pics from the last 2 months! Yay me! Its starting to occur to me that I kinda suck at this whole blogging thing.... LOL! Oh well huh? On the schedule for February... V-day, Scott and I's 2 year anniversary, and Jenn's bridal shower... including Stripper 101! All of which will be super picture opportunities! This is a preemptive post to cover February :) So concider yourselfs updated!! Okay j/k Ill try to add pics as it goes along....

Girly Day Out

Holly, Jenn and I went to Bridal Spectacular, and of course had to turn it into a picture taking opportunity! We had fun and it was good to have an afternoon with the girls!

We had to improvise writing space to sign up for drawings....

And it was a good thing that we did because I won this "Favor Cake"! It is made up of a bunch of little boxes that you fill with candy... I was so excited when they called!

Everywhere we turned there was more cupcakes and cake tastings! It was SOOOOO good! But we were definately on sugar overload when we got out of there!

I had to take a picture of this dress because I am quite certain that I am In LoVe with it...

HaPpY nEw YeArS

Scott and I had a fun New Years with friends, games, and good junk food... It was a lot of fun and I am glad we were all able to get together! Here's to Divine 09!
